Chiara Pertosa, CEO of SITAEL: “After more than one month in space, we are grateful to SpaceX for smoothly injecting us into orbit and we are proud to share with our stakeholders that magical moment when our microHETSat became an Earth-orbiting satellite.
We had very busy time, during the holiday season as well, with the team at work and fully committed to activating and monitoring the various subsystems of microHETSat. All the systems on-board and on-ground are performing great, and the Operation team in our control room based in – SITAEL Forlì Offices – is constantly monitoring and commanding the satellite.
We are proud of our Made in Italy space technology and its outstanding performances. Stay tuned, the best is yet to come!”
