PLATiNO-2 Satellite, for which SITAEL is the prime contractor, has been selected for the MAIA (Multi-Angle Imager for Aerosols) mission by ASI and NASA. The mission aims to study the health impact of the tiny airborne particles that pollute some of the world’s most populous cities. MAIA is the first NASA mission whose main objective is to promote societal health.
