SITAEL’s MISSION is to provide products and solutions at the cutting edge of technology that create added value to customers, partners and users, actively involving them.
SITAEL has established to adopt its own Code of Ethics in order to provide clear and shared guidance on the behaviors permitted within the organization and encourage a transparent and cooperative approach with its stakeholders.
The Code of Ethics therefore explains Sitael values and the behavioral norms to be followed in internal relations and with third parties.
With the adoption of the Code of Ethics, Sitael commits to:
- Promote a respectful and inclusive work environment
- Ensure transparency in its operations
- Regulate in a clear and unambiguous manner the carrying out of activities according to the requirements of Ethical-Social Responsibility and Gender Equality, committing to involve the entire supply chain on these matters.
The Code of Ethics is aimed at members of the corporate administrative and control bodies, Sitael employees and any third party, such as suppliers, customers, commercial and industrial partners, who collaborate or work in the name or on behalf or in the interest of Sitael.
Sitael S.p.A. provides a system through which it is possible to forward warnings of supposed violations of the “Code of Ethics” (Claim & Warnings – SITAEL S.p.A.).
