Premier of South Australia visited SITAEL Headquarters

Following the recent opening of SITAEL new branch in Adelaide, last Friday Steven Marshall, Premier of South Australia, visited SITAEL Headquarters in Mola di Bari .

After the presentation of SITAEL laboratories and manufacturing facilities, Premier Marshall and Nicola Zaccheo – SITAEL CEO -discussed about the future opportunities of Australian Space Industry. Premier Marshall confirmed the strategic role of Space in the Australian economy, defining in this perspective SITAEL Australia establishment as a key contributor.

Sitael Australia plans to design, manufacture and build small satellites (50-300kg), innovative payloads and Ground Segment in Australia for Australian, regional and international customers.

During the journey Premier Marshall also had the opportunity to visit Mermec and Blackshape, SITAEL sister companies belonging to Angel Group.
